The East Bridgford Local History Group was formally constituted in February 2000. Since then it has produced two books and a village walk guide leaflet. In addition it has initiated/participated in a number of projects some of which are still ongoing. All enthusiastic volunteers are encouraged to join any of its projects!
It has a number of Winter meetings a year from October. SEE BELOW FOR PROGRAMME . The majority of its meetings are held in East Bridgford Methodist Church on the first Tuesday in the month at 7:30pm.
There is no formal membership. Anyone with an interest in history is welcome to attend at a cost of £3 per meeting (inclusive of free coffee/tea)
